Does the product have manufacturing defects? Firstly send its description and photos to our e-mail address, and we will immediately respond. That is what complaints & returns are for!

Similarly in case of manufacturing defects, we undertake to carry out a free of charge complaint (yes, we will refund you shipping costs!) And deliver you a defect-free product (also at our expense).




At INSTALASH we extend the time for return – with us you have the right to return for as long as 30 days after you receive your package.

However, please note that for higenic reasons and health protection, we do not accept returns of opened cosmetic products (Art. 38.  Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights).

What do I need to do to return a product?

  1. Send us an e-mail within 30 days of receiving the parcel (description + photos)
  2. We will immediately inform you about our addres
  3. Send the goods back to us within the next 14 days.  Goods must be intact, in complete, factory packaging.  The goods must not be opened.  It must be properly protected and packaged and be returned to us full-value.
  4. You will be refunded within a few days of us after we receive your package. That is how complaints & returns work!
